After two hours of heated debate from both sides of the aisle and a 37-to-17 vote, the Georgia Senate passed HB 859, a gun bill which would allow concealed permit carriers to legally possess their protective weapons on the state’s college campuses. Now the gun bill is on its way to Governor Nathan Deal’s desk where he is expected to sign it into law. Of course, many areas (including dorms, sororities, and events) would remain “weapon-free zones.” But no longer will girls walking to their car after a late class be fearful of the predators common around college campuses!
But liberals are freaking out…hysterical…even to the point of being arrested for resisting rules about signage….
