State Dept. Finally Mass Releases Hillary Emails


Clinton still maintains none of the emails were classified at the time even though the intelligence community inspector general has argued many of the now-classified emails were classified at the time.

Most of the 84 emails were upgraded to “confidential,” which is the lowest level of classification. Some of them were upgraded to “secret.” None of them were reportedly upgraded to “top secret,” even though the State Department upgraded as many as 29 emails to “top secret” when they missed a court-ordered deadline at the end of January.
