When Business Insider chooses to spotlight political arrogance and stupidity by running a story, you know it’s got to be good. On Thursday former White House National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor was interviewed by Bret Baier on FOX News. Baier’s questions peppered an increasingly irate Vietor: “Vietor…wasn’t really able to answer Baier on various questions, telling him he ‘believes so’ or that he didn’t remember. ‘You don’t remember?’ Baier asked, to which Vietor responded, ‘Dude, this was like two years ago. We’re still talking about the most mundane process … we’re talking about the process of editing talking points. That’s what bureaucrats do all day long.’”
Baier should have been ashamed of himself for focusing on Benghazi cover-ups, a “mundane” topic. Perhaps Baier should have urged Vietor to talk about his own history instead of Benghazi emails…so two years ago. Vietor began working for The Lyin’ King by driving his press van. This, presumably, qualified him for White House National Security spokesman. Vietor started a “political communications” firm with former POTUS speechwriter, Jon Favreau, in 2013. Judging from Veitor’s keen display of the language with Baier one can only wonder how that’s working out.
