America has the most Independents in 75 years
By Beverly Zaslow || This is music to my ears! Americans are sick and tired of a government that has run a-muck, and they are using the power of their votes to do something about it.
The thing in my mind that epitomizes who and what we as Americans are, perhaps more than anything else, is that “We The People” are independent thinkers, free to decide what we believe.
While many on the Left want to dictate to the masses what they are supposed to think and feel… and ultimately how to vote, the Liberal tide is turning. According to Politico:
“There are now more Americans who consider themselves politically independent than at any other point in the last three-quarters of a century, according to a new report Monday that emphasizes the critical role this demographic will play in the 2012 election.
Almost four in ten Americans, 38 percent, currently identify themselves as independents, a Pew Research Center poll found. This is an increase from 32 percent of Americans who considered themselves independents in 2008 and 30 percent in both 2004 and 2000.
Good. That mean’s we have a fighting chance…
